Repress of their CD EP, Ravachol were an amazing female fronted screamo band from all over the UK. Avoiding distortion, the clean guitars and heavy bass gives it an unashamedly poppy feel, and the riffs and drums make it all eminently danceable over moshable! The shouted vocals give the music a sense of restrained urgency. It all adds up to a stunning sound quite unlike anything else. Sadly no longer going, but essential for their short life span! R.I.P.
